The Role: Broker Associate – Commercial Real Estate This is a high-performance, apprenticeship-style role designed to develop a top-tier commercial real estate broker. You will work directly under senior leadership, supporting multifamily and investment sales across Michigan and expanding markets. This is not a passive desk role. It is a demanding, hands-on position requiring initiative, resilience, and ownership. You will gain direct exposure to: Underwriting and financial analysis Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and pricing strategy Market research and comparable sales analysis Prospecting and relationship development Property tours and client meetings Offering memorandum preparation Strategic negotiation Full-cycle deal execution from listing through closing Resources and Mentorship Direct mentorship from senior leadership Access to underwriting models and proprietary valuation frameworks CRM, data platforms, and market research tools Exposure to investor relationships and capital strategy Marketing support for offering materials Structured accountability and performance tracking We believe brokers should think like principals. You will learn how transactions truly work and not just how to market a property.
