Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in liability cases. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable way. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Managing a substantial case load, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Qualifications: 1+ year of litigation experience with a focus on liability cases. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
