Talent Acquisition DirectorLocation: Brooklyn, New YorkWork Arrangement: On-siteWorking Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: Competitive and negotiable based on experienceBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead the recruitment function for a large and growing nursing home services provider based in Brooklyn, New York.The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for developing and executing the organizations overall recruitment strategy, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring the business consistently attracts and hires high-quality healthcare professionals and support staff.This is an on-site leadership position suited for a hands-on talent acquisition professional who can balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day recruitment operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the organizations overall Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business and workforce requirements.Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team.Oversee full-cycle recruitment across clinical, healthcare, administrative, and support positions.Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Establish recruitment KPIs and monitor performance, time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment costs.Develop and strengthen sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, agencies, and other talent channels.Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring efficiency.Ensure recruitment activities and processes align with applicable employment and healthcare industry requirements.Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, schools, professional organizations, and other talent sources.Provide regular recruitment reports, market insights, and workforce updates to senior management.Identify opportunities to improve employer branding and position the organization as an employer of choice within the healthcare sector.RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, with proven leadership experience.Previous experience managing and developing recruitment teams.Strong experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing homes, long-term care, home care, hospitals, or other healthcare environments is highly preferred.Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and hard-to-fill positions.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technology, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Must be comfortable working on-site in Brooklyn, NY, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat We OfferCompetitive salary negotiable based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits packageStable position with a large and established healthcare organizationLeadership-level exposure and the opportunity to shape the organizations recruitment strategyProfessional growth and career development opportunitiesMonday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMOn-site role in Brooklyn, New York
