Benefits Manager

Drive the U.S. benefits redesign agenda, helping shape competitive, employee-centered programs Lead key annual benefits moments, including Annual Enrollment, compliance activities, required filings, and other critical program milestones Create clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees understand, value, and make the most of their benefits Partner with vendors, Finance, HR, and local teams to ensure benefits programs are delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong employee experience Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave administration Requirements Experience in U.S. and Canada health and retirement benefit programs Strong skills in benefits communications, vendor partnership, compliance risk management, and strategic planning Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in U.S. and Canadian health and retirement benefit programs, with a focus on benefits communications, compliance risk management, and strategic planning.
