Part-Time Office Assistant Location: Port Huron Area, MI Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM-Approximately 24 hours per week | 30-minute lunch Summary: Qualified Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant for one of our clients in the Port Huron area. This position is ideal for someone with previous office experience who is comfortable assisting with accounting, payroll, HR, purchasing, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities: Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Prepare and send customer invoices Match packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders Enter employee time for payroll Perform accurate data entry Assist with basic HR paperwork and filing Assist with purchasing and purchase orders Maintain organized office records and files Answer phones and provide general administrative support Assist with additional office duties as needed Qualifications: Previous office or administrative experience preferred AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, or purchasing experience is a plus Experience with an ERP system and/or QuickBooks is preferred, but not required Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable and able to work independently Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
