Marketing Lead

We're partnering with a well-funded robotics startup that's developing autonomous systems to solve some of the biggest challenges in logistics and warehouse automation. Following significant growth and commercial traction, they're looking to hire their first dedicated Marketing Lead . This is an opportunity to build and own the marketing function from the ground up, working directly with the leadership team to shape the company's brand, positioning and go-to-market strategy. What you'll be doing Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital, content, events and product marketing. Create compelling technical and commercial content that resonates with customers, partners and investors. Lead website strategy, SEO, email campaigns and social media presence. Develop product messaging and positioning for new product launches. Coordinate trade shows, industry events and PR activities. Work closely with engineering, sales and leadership to translate complex technology into clear, engaging marketing. Build the foundations of a scalable marketing function as the company continues to grow. What we're looking for 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within robotics, automation, AI, industrial technology or a related deep-tech sector. Experience owning marketing for a high-growth startup or scaling technology business. Strong product marketing and storytelling skills. Comfortable creating content across multiple formats, from technical articles to social media and customer case studies. Experience with digital marketing, website management, SEO and campaign execution.
