Bilingual Customer Service Representative Palmdale Oil is a leading fuel and lubricant solutions provider operating in more than 50 counties across Florida. With 20 locations statewide, we serve customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors delivering gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, propane, commercial lubricants, and specialty chemicals across a diverse set of end markets. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact with our customers while being responsible for ensuring extraordinary customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with our customers and providing prompt and accurate service. Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Resolve customer service issues effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, billing, complaints, and new orders. Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and account information through detailed data entry and ongoing updates, including propane tank information. Identify and pursue potential leads by following up on inquiries via phone and email. Clearly explain program features and benefits while recommending options that best meet individual customer needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Required Qualifications Moderate knowledge in Microsoft office and windows-based applications. Must have strong organizational skills as well as be detailed oriented. Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must have professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under pressure situations. Must be resourceful and excel at problem resolution. Must have a driven motivation for sales. Ability to multi-task under high-pressure situations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers and the general public.
