In this highly visible role, you'll leverage your industry network, market knowledge, and strategic business development expertise to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our presence across transportation, infrastructure, water, energy, and buildings markets.What You'll DoDrive business development initiatives and market expansion strategiesDevelop and strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, attorneys, program managers, and project executivesIdentify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projectsLead strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activitiesPartner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims, dispute resolution, and change management solutionsContribute directly to revenue growth and long-term client successWhat We're Looking For12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory servicesProven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship managementEstablished industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectorsStrong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project deliveryExceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skillsPreferred ExperienceHeavy civil, transportation, water, buildings, or major infrastructure projectsCertifications such as CCM, PMP, PSP, CFCC, MRICS, or similarExperience supporting large and complex capital programsCA PE license preferred but is not required.Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $220,000.
