Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking skilled Advanced Practice Providers to join our Per Diem Weekend Team across Connecticut and New York locations. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM weekend shifts Commit to a minimum of two shifts per month (additional shifts available including evenings) Earn competitive supplemental income Practice at the top of your license Collaborate with an experienced urgent care team What You Will Do Evaluate and treat patients of all ages Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based care Perform laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, splinting, wound care, and other procedures Collaborate with specialists and healthcare partners Who We Are Looking For Experienced NPs and PAs seeking a weekend position who possess strong procedural skills and thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment. Qualifications Current State Medical License Controlled Substance Registration Federal DEA Registration NP or PA Certification Current ACLS and PALS certification Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred Experience with common urgent care procedures strongly preferred Schedule Commitment Commit to a minimum of two shifts per month.
