Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in ground-up commercial construction, managing projects ranging from $10M–$50M+. This role requires strong coordination with owners, field teams, and internal operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable projects. Projects include education, healthcare, government/municipal, and other commercial settings. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance Coordinate submittals, inspections, and project documentation Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project Handle billing processes and support project financials Lead punch list and closeout activities, including final documentation Qualifications 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience Experience managing projects $10M+ Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Timberline, Smartsheet, or Bluebeam Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Interactive Resources - iR
