Engage with interdisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and families to develop united care strategies. Provide education to patients and families to support rehabilitation outside clinical settings. Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuing care. Document progress and treatment plans accurately, adhering to relevant guidelines. Commit to ongoing education and collaboration to remain abreast of developments in speech-language pathology. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified. Licenses and Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of start date.
