Responsibilities Monitor and collect financial responsibilities of patients. Keep patients’ insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity. View patients’ services for diagnosis and verify insurance coverage appropriateness. Perform daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigator. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience in a healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, managed care authorization processes, ICD-10 codes, and collections. Ability to calculate and collect patients’ responsibility and insurance co-pay/coinsurance. Screenings Background screening, drug testing, and nicotine screening are required. All new hires must receive the influenza vaccine, unless an exemption is approved. FCS is a drug‑free workplace; all hires are subject to drug/nicotine testing. Medical marijuana cards are not recognized.
