Job Summary We are seeking Ambassadors to join our new Church Street shop in ATL. Team Jeni’s Ambassadors are part-time, front‑line crew members who scoop and serve ice cream, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks. Responsibilities Scoop and serve ice cream to customers. Make waffle products and other shop items. Run the register and handle cash transactions. Keep the shop clean and maintain cleanliness standards. Change out buckets of ice cream as needed. Provide consistent, world‑class service to every customer. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with long lines. Support the well‑being of the shop team, community, and environment. Qualifications Passion for community, attention to detail, willingness to clean, stamina for long shifts. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, able to articulate brand distinctiveness to a wide range of customers. Reliable, on time, ready to hustle for every shift. Committed to the well‑being of the shop team, the community, and the environment. Benefits & Compensation Average earnings of an Ambassador in ATL are $18.51 per hour*, including base pay (2026 rate) and 2025 hourly tips. In Georgia, if an Ambassador’s average hourly earnings in a two‑week pay period are less than $15, Jeni’s will supplement the difference to reach $15 per hour. *This is an estimate of hourly earnings based on the 2026 base pay rate and the 2025 hourly tip average. Actual tips may vary.
