Location: Grand Blanc, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Clinic hours until 7:00 PM; optional weekend makeup sessions)
Setting: Hybrid (Clinic + In-Home)[You can work from home min 2 days per week]
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services in a hybrid setting, supporting children and adolescents through clinical supervision, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision for ABA therapy programs
- Oversee and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill-based evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Ensure compliance with clinical quality and documentation standards
- Deliver services in both clinic and in-home settings
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment
Qualification, Licensure, Experience:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid Michigan BCBA license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong experience in ABA program development and supervision
- Ability to manage caseloads and supervise RBTs effectively
