ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES: OpenKyber has a client that is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer in Jacksonville, FL. Overview: The client is looking for an experienced platform engineer to lead the ongoing development, optimization, and administration of a large-scale enterprise workflow and service management environment. This individual will play a key role in enhancing platform capabilities, supporting complex business processes, and driving improvements across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of platform engineering, systems integration, and administration experience, with the ability to navigate highly customized environments and support enterprise-wide solutions. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise to ensure the platform remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience supporting, engineering, and enhancing enterprise technology platforms and business-critical systems
• Strong background in service management, operational resilience, security-related processes, and workflow automation within large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience establishing and maintaining configuration, asset, or data governance frameworks to support organizational visibility and operational effectiveness
• Proven ability to support and scale enterprise platforms across multiple business functions, geographic locations, or complex organizational structures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
