Overview Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a candidate to join us as a full-time Outside Sales Rep - HVAC Consultant. This position is located in Redlands, CA. As our full-time Outside Sales Rep - HVAC Consultant in the Inland Empire area, you work directly with homeowners to help them find the perfect solution for their individual needs. You are motivated to close deals and increase your commission, and you ask questions to identify the best products and services for each client. After determining the best solution for the client, you create accurate estimates for the work. This may involve surveying the residence, mapping out the house layout, recording the square footage, and observing the status of the current heating and air conditioning system. You focus on providing excellent customer service and demonstrating how our solutions meet the client’s needs. What you need to start This is an entry-level position. While experience is preferred, it is not as important as having a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
