By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.Role ResponsibilitiesLead and drive delivery teams to deliver services under ITIL methodologies and processes.Lead and drive application and infrastructure support teams to exceed contractual service and operational level agreements Champion and drive High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles within the delivery organizations.Actively lead and drive the implementation of innovation within the delivery organizationLead and drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, best practices, delivery transformation activities within the delivery organizationOwn Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) improvement action plansCustomer advocate and trusted customer advisor; “Customer First” attitude.Actively support Practice Leader in business development revenue growth opportunitiesRequirements 12-15 years’ relevant experience in clinical application and infrastructure service delivery. Contract managment.ITIL methodologies and framework expertise.Experience working with large leveraged IT organizations.Experience with business development lifecycle.
