Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and develop customized rehabilitation plans tailored to their individual goals and medical histories.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to manage and treat diverse musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, employing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Guide patients through every phase of their recovery journey, from initial injury management through to advanced rehabilitation, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to sustain their well-being beyond the treatment phase.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate holistic care and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, continually tracking progress to adapt treatment plans as needed for the best results.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, providing them with motivation, reassurance, and emotional support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
