We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Recruiter / Client Development Specialist who is passionate about the industry and the business. Responsibilities Develop, build and maintain long-term, value-based customer / candidate relationships in order to achieve personal and team related revenue goals. Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Available positions Mastery of boolean search Work with Sales Team to identify the right Candidates Screening and Interviewing all potential Candidates Maintain proper documentation at all times Experience with ATS applications Prepare and Debrief Candidates before and after interview Utilize LinkedIn and other Social Media Sites for sourcing Post Ads Regularly Build and maintain relationships Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals Qualifications At least 1 year of IT recruiting experience; ideally 3 years of staffing experience.
