Manpower Internal is hiring for an onsite, W2 Corporate Recruiter role supporting a key client’s hiring needs. The position focuses on full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles within a manufacturer, such as finance, sales, and HR, while delivering a strong candidate and client experience. Role Overview This is a 100% onsite contract opportunity based in Highland Heights, KY . The recruiter will manage corporate recruiting initiatives and advise candidates and client stakeholders through each stage of the hiring process, with an emphasis on service, competency-driven sourcing, and candidate readiness. Key Responsibilities Run full-cycle recruitment while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. Apply knowledge of role design and the competencies required for success to better market, screen, and present candidates. Increase sourcing effectiveness by building a diverse, growing candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns. Exceed client expectations and broaden influence across the client portfolio to support loyalty and expanded hiring opportunities. Screen and assess candidates efficiently and accurately to advocate for appropriate career opportunities. Remove barriers by ensuring candidates have the information and tools needed to prepare for employment. Strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty by meeting commitments and delivering a high-quality hiring experience. Act as an expert in the world of work by staying current on in-demand skills and advising candidates and clients through multiple platforms. Understand and educate clients on local market dynamics, labor considerations, and workforce management. Connect with motivated candidates to evaluate skills, match them to openings, and support career pathways. Build relationships using social networks and industry communities to grow a pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients. Own workload and deliver on metrics and commitments with consistent execution. Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment by asking questions, learning, and growing expertise in assigned areas. Required Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience. Workday experience. High school diploma or equivalent . Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
