Research Associate

Responsibilities Provide project management and logistical support for multiple research hubs and studies Support operations of complex research projects and assist in data management Build relationships with external collaborators and team members Maintain meeting agendas and follow up on action items Participate in research activities including developing protocols and conducting interviews Support project-related communication and deliverables Organize and execute project events and track project milestones Requirements Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, Public Health, Psychology or a related discipline, or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research and/or project management in educational projects Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills Advanced organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail Experience conducting research in postsecondary education institutions and/or collecting and analyzing educational data Demonstrable ability to communicate in written and verbal formats with various roles Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs Familiarity with digital learning systems and implementation in educational settings Proficiency with technical tools and platforms including Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, and Qualtrics Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project management and logistical support for research initiatives, with a strong focus on data management and collaboration within educational settings.
