CMS Imaging is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for our customers, field service engineers, and vendors. In this role, you’ll help coordinate equipment service requests, dispatch technicians, process parts orders, and keep customers informed every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as a professional first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and shared service inboxes.

· Create and manage service work orders, dispatch field service engineers, and communicate scheduling updates.

· Review completed work orders, release service reports, and support accurate invoicing.

· Maintain customer, equipment, and service records in company systems.

· Support visitors, internal teams, and service operations with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatching, call center, or service coordination preferred.

· Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, technical service, or a related field is a plus.

· Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning service management or enterprise software systems.

· A professional, team-oriented approach with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
