At A Lifetime of Smiles, were looking for a Treatment Coordinator who understands dentistry and values clear, honest communication with patients. This role focuses on helping patients understand their treatment, answering questions, and supporting them as they make decisions about their care. Its a key part of creating a smooth, consistent experience from the time a patient is diagnosed through scheduling and completion of treatment. Dental office experience required (2+ years preferred)

What Youll Do:

• Review treatment plans with patients and help them understand their options
• Answer questions related to procedures, timing, and next steps
• Discuss financial estimates and insurance in a clear, straightforward way
• Coordinate scheduling in a way that supports both the patient and the clinical team
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment
• Communicate with patients by phone, text, and in person
• Help maintain organized, accurate administrative systems

What Were Looking For:

• Dental office experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Experience discussing treatment plans and financial estimates with patients
• Working knowledge of dental codes and insurance processes
• Strong communication skills, able to explain things in a way patients understand
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Someone who is reliable, steady, and works well with a team

What This Role Is Not

• Not entry-level
• Not a basic front desk position
