Student Worker - Athletic Ticket Sales & Membership

Athletic Ticket Sales & Membership
Preferred candidates are seeking a professional career within sports ticket sales. Employees will work with other student workers and full-time staff to assist in selling full menu of ticket options via phone calls, face-to-face appointments, in-stadium meetings, and special events. Answer inbound phone calls and emails to the Ticket Sales department and provide superior customer service. Make outbound touch-point calls to current season ticket holders and perspective ticket purchasers as part of call campaigns. Sell Football, Men's, and Women's basketball season tickets, partial plans, and other ticket products via phone, email, and in-person appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within Salesforce. Provide information and answer inquiries as needed. Pay range varies based on previous customer service experience. Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients Ability to prioritize and take initiative Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
