Neil Huffman Acura is hiring Full-Time Sales Associates to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility on Blankenbaker Parkway!

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to start an exciting new career, we want to hear from you.

No previous automotive sales experience is necessary!

We provide the tools and training you need to succeed, including:

• Paid Sales Training

• Minimum Monthly Compensation of $4,000/month for your first 90 days of continuous employment

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the vehicle that's right for them while creating an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Listening to customers and understanding what they want and need in a vehicle

• Asking the right questions to help match customers with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle

• Demonstrating vehicle features and technology

• Accompanying customers on test drives

• Staying informed about new models, product releases, and vehicle features

• Learning automotive terminology and keeping up with industry and technology changes

• Building lasting relationships with customers

• Introducing customers to our service team and the continued support available after their purchase

You don't need automotive experience. You do need:

• A positive, upbeat attitude

• Excellent communication and listening skills
