Job Summary The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements. Essential Roles, Duties & Responsibilities Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows. Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams. Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time. Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near‑shore, and offshore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution. Create technical and end‑user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features. Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution. Read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives. Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up‑to‑date on best practices related to the company and department. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near‑shore, and offshore resources. Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in creating technical and end‑user documentation with Jira. Solid understanding and experience with API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs. Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands Physical Demands: Sedentary work, primarily involving sitting for extended periods at a desk or computer. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Mobility: Occasional walking or traversing throughout the office to meet with leaders and other employees. Visual Acuity: Ability to read and analyze data on a computer screen (or to read and analyze data with reasonable accommodation) and in printed materials. Lifting & Carrying: Minimal physical lifting required, but may involve handling documents and lifting light office supplies.
