About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Compliance Officer to take on a pivotal role in the development and management of two key programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the CRA program in its entirety, including policy development, performance tracking, and collaborating with bankers to ensure the program's success. Additionally, the role involves owning third-party risk and vendor management, which encompasses the system, reviews, reporting, and maintaining relationships with business owners. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape these programs from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining existing structures. The ideal candidate for this role at The Company will have a senior-level background and a strong desire to take on the challenge of building and owning these programs. While experience in both CRA and vendor management is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and a passion for program development are essential. The role is suited to individuals who have a creative approach to program management and are looking for a position that offers more exposure and ownership than is typically found in the banking sector. The Vice President, Compliance Officer will work closely with the department head, with no layers of management in between, and will be part of a high-growth commercial bank that values a fast, flat, and dynamic work environment.
