About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead and oversee all technical initiatives, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive R&D/TS&D strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market leadership. This role requires a strategic leader who can partner with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to translate technical strategy into business priorities and measurable outcomes. The VP of Technology will also be tasked with providing technical leadership, integrating regulatory considerations into product development, and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and innovation. Candidates for the Vice President of Technology position at the company should have a doctoral degree in a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior R&D or TS&D role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The role demands a proven track record in leading technical, product development, or innovation initiatives that support commercial strategy, regulatory requirements, and business growth. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally and manage technical priorities in a complex business environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at making sound decisions under pressure, and have a high level of integrity, commitment to compliance and ethics, and the agility to respond to changing circumstances.
