Requirements Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to accurately process customer orders and payments Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as needed Ability to lift and load customer orders when required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift operation is not required until permanent hire Job Duties Enter customer orders accurately into the system Collect customer payments and process transactions Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide order updates and assist customers with questions regarding their purchases Greet customers picking up orders at the will-call counter Assist with loading customer orders as needed (no forklift operation while temporary) Support warehouse operations with general duties when needed Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned Why This Opportunity?
