Director of Business Development

As a Director of Business Development, you will manage public relations for the branch through events, networking, and various other means while complying with state, federal, industry, and organizational guidelines. Responsibilities Build partnerships with external agencies, establishments and departments that implement information programs and events. Identify main client groups and audiences, determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them, and develop and implement a communication plan. Lead the monthly production meeting. Collaborate with the Branch marketing team to develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, government officials, and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities. Inform veterans of the VA home loan benefit through various community engagement efforts such as lunch and learns, seminars, and attending realtor/third party events. Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.
