Brazer Position

Abundant Solutions is currently seeking skilled Brazers for a manufacturing facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for brazing copper components and assembling parts used in industrial cooling systems. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Braze copper tube and pipe to form headers on heat exchangers
• Attach copper fittings using proper brazing techniques
• Maintain proper torch and braze rod usage
• Perform pressure testing on completed units
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Follow production schedules and report completion of work
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working with copper tubing and pipe is a plus
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and metal particles
• Required PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, and additional equipment as needed

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time
• Walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Good vision (close, distance, depth perception, and color recognition)

Schedule

• Monday Thursday
• 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed
