Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Atlanta, GA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand and adoption of rheumatology treatments across the Atlanta metropolitan area. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing strategic account plans and achieving sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage key healthcare stakeholders and support business growth
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit accurate account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on schedule
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and business target achievement
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong clinical and market access knowledge in specialty pharmacy environments
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must reside in assigned Atlanta, Athens, or Duluth area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
