Senior Business Excellence Partner Job Details Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + eligibility to earn a 15% bonus Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and additional company-sponsored benefits Location: Schaumburg, IL Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week required, Wednesdays are required) Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent across the organization Identify operational pain points impacting productivity, quality, customer experience or financial performance Analyze current-state processes and challenge existing workflows to uncover improvement opportunities Design and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency Build low‑code/no‑code prototypes, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts to validate ideas before larger‑scale implementation Facilitate process improvement workshops, Kaizen events and stakeholder working sessions Develop business cases supported by data and measurable outcomes Establish baseline metrics and track post‑implementation performance Drive adoption of new processes, tools and operating models across teams Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, Salesforce, ServiceNow and AI‑enabled technologies to improve business processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field Master's degree preferred Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience; Black Belt preferred 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation or continuous improvement environments Experience delivering measurable business results through implementation, not just strategy development Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels Experience working within complex operational, service, manufacturing, supply chain or transactional environments Proficiency with data analysis, workflow automation and process optimization tools Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and a solutions‑oriented mindset Experience utilizing emerging technologies and AI tools to improve operational performance is highly preferred Benefits Competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 15% annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package High visibility with executive leadership Opportunity to drive enterprise‑wide business transformation initiatives Exposure to strategic operational and financial decision‑making Collaborative, innovative and growth‑focused culture Career advancement opportunities within a high‑performing organization LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v. #J-18808-Ljbffr LaSalle Network
