Sr. Business Partner, Human Resources

Senior Business Partner, Human Resources Primient, a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients, seeks an experienced Senior Business Partner, Human Resources to collaborate with business leaders and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to drive people strategy supporting growth and integration priorities. Plan and execute people‑related integration objectives for M&A or new business integration, including culture, organizational design, communications, and process alignment. Oversee onboarding, talent development, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition throughout recruitment. Support leaders and employees through complex change and ambiguity, providing guidance, communication, and tools to sustain engagement and performance. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment with effective communication and conflict resolution. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Provide consulting and HR advice to department leaders to improve leadership effectiveness. Lead HR initiatives and process optimization to support organizational goals. Develop, monitor, and meet HR KPI metrics and formulate mitigation plans when needed. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through inclusive hiring and culture initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in broad HR functional areas. 2+ years of experience in employee relations (preferred). Experience supporting new business integration and/or M&A leading complex change (preferred). 1+ year of Workday experience (preferred). Strong strategic HR partnership, change leadership, data analysis, and conflict management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and influential leadership.
