Responsibilities:

Assist customers with bakery selections and provide exceptional service.

Prepare and display a variety of baked goods, ensuring freshness and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in food handling.

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Engage in promotional activities to highlight new and seasonal products.

Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; previous bakery experience preferred.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Food handler’s certification is a plus.
