Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for key client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing growth. Lead and support a team by setting priorities, offering guidance, and developing best practices. Engage with senior stakeholders to align services with business objectives and long‑term goals. Manage client interactions by conducting regular check‑ins, addressing issues, and identifying opportunities. Oversee delivery of projects and initiatives to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience with several years in client‑facing roles. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and working directly with senior stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills for both written and verbal interactions. Proficiency with technical tools to analyze data and support client‑related insights. Qualifications Lead teams effectively by mentoring individuals and fostering collaboration across functions.
