As a Sushi Chef at Sushi Q Elkridge, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing sushi efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Expertly filleting and butchering fish using advanced knife skills.
• Ensuring every plate is presented accurately and artfully.
• Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the larger kitchen team.
• Managing time effectively to complete orders promptly and with precision.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef.
• Proficiency in sushi rolling techniques.
• Advanced knife skills and expertise in fish butchery.
• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Exceptional time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
