Location: Canaan, CT 06018
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Pay: $23.00–$25.30/hour
Flexible Shifts: (7pm to 7am) or (7am to 7pm)
Job Summary:
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to safely move, load, unload, store, and replenish products in a distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Operate high- reach/counterbalance forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock stockers .
- Load, unload, pick, put away, and replenish products.
- Use RF scanners/WMS for inventory tracking.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- 1+ year warehouse/forklift experience.
- High-reach or counterbalance experience required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- RF scanner and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as required.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
