Job Overview A law firm seeks a Fund Services Associate in New York, NY. The firm represents leading venture capital and growth equity firms both in the U.S. and internationally, guiding clients through every stage of the fund life cycle. The team is collaborative and client-focused, seeking a candidate with 2-6 years of fund formation experience. Duties Work with sponsors on structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds. Represent funds in their investment activities. Requirements 2-6 years of fund formation experience. Experience at a national or international law firm. Superior academic credentials. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in New York. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
