ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams involved in reporting, analytics, and data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $70/hr What's the Job? Lead complex initiatives with broad impact across the organization, focusing on ServiceNow reporting and analytics. Design, develop, and operate tooling to identify and report data and application issues to engineering and product teams. Review and analyze software enhancement initiatives to recommend technical and operational improvements. Make informed decisions in complex data engineering situations, considering software options and compliance requirements. Collaborate strategically with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges and drive organizational change. What's Needed? 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development, including performance analytics. 5+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Remediation, and Service Catalog for at least 3 years. Proficiency in Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow.
