Specifically, we are looking for attorney candidate(s) who are well‑versed in corporate formations, business transactions, real estate, with strong litigation background and experience, preferably with some construction defect case experience. The ideal attorney(s) will have: 4+ years experience in litigation; Preferably licenses in Oregon and Washington; Experience in the preparation of pleadings; An interest in marketing; and Diligence, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and organization.
