Senior Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal ($70,000–$90,000/Year) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling a diverse civil litigation caseload. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong experience in discovery, e-discovery, trial preparation, deposition support, document management, and litigation case management . Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a medium to large civil litigation practice Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, legal terminology, discovery, and court filings Experience with e-discovery software ; DISCO experience is a plus Experience with document management systems , preferably iManage Strong legal research, organization, project management, time management, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail, judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage deadlines Minimum 1,200 annual billable hours Key Responsibilities Prepare and respond to discovery requests , subpoenas, and litigation documents Manage, organize, analyze, and prepare documents for document production and e-discovery Support attorneys with depositions , including exhibits and deposition transcript summaries Assist with trial preparation , hearings, court filings, and Judicial Council forms Communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, courts, and other third parties Litigation Areas The active caseload may include: Business Litigation Commercial Litigation Employment Litigation Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Litigation Salary & Benefits $70,000–$90,000 per year , depending on qualifications and experience.
