The Opportunity

In this dual-impact role, you will bridge the gap between legal assistant and paralegal duties , serving as a critical backbone to our litigation team. Working with a high degree of independence, you will manage complex cases, oversee critical timelines, and ensure our practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do

Master the Workflow: Manage comprehensive legal assistant and paralegalresponsibilities with minimal supervision.
Own the Calendar: Spearhead strict legal calendaring and criticaldeadline tracking.
Drive Court Filings: Execute flawless legal filings in accordance withup-to-date civil procedure.
Collaborate & Elevate: Partner with atight-knit team of professionals dedicated to exceptional advocacy and asupportive office culture.

Requirements

What You Bring

Experience: 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in a legalenvironment (litigation experience is highly valued).
Technical Expertise: Exceptional, rock-solid knowledge of civilprocedure, legal calendaring, and filing systems .
Mindset: An ultra-detail-oriented professional who thriveswhen given the autonomy to work independently.
Credentials: A Paralegal Certificate is preferred, but equivalentstellar experience is absolutely welcome.
