Salary: $140,000 - $300,000 + Meaningful Equity
Company Description

We're representing an early-stage AI company building the intelligence layer between enterprise operations and the software systems that run them. Their platform uses AI agents to automate some of the most complex and expensive work involved in enterprise software delivery, including requirements gathering, risk identification, documentation generation, system configuration, and testing.

The company is tackling a massive market opportunity at the intersection of enterprise software, consulting, and AI. Backed by experienced operators and technical leaders from top technology companies and enterprise software organizations, they are already working with major consulting firms and seeing strong commercial traction.
What You Will Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack product features used directly within large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and LLM-driven product capabilities that automate complex business processes.
• Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure that support highly scalable enterprise applications.
• Partner directly with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own projects from initial concept through deployment, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
• Develop intuitive user experiences and workflows that improve productivity for enterprise users.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering velocity while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to shape roadmap priorities and product direction.
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance as customer usage grows.

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of software engineering or product engineering experience building customer-facing applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience across modern web technologies.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, SQL, and cloud-based architectures.
• Proven track record of shipping products and features that deliver measurable value to users.
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance technical implementation with customer needs.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
• Experience operating effectively in fast-paced startup environments with significant ownership and autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through production deployment.

Preferred

• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM applications, or agent-based workflows in production environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience building products for technical or operational users.
• Previous experience at early-stage startups where engineers wore multiple hats.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable architectures.
• Portfolio of side projects, open-source contributions, or products built independently.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business processes.
