Project Manager

This is a senior position for an experienced project manager with at least 5 years of project management experience working on multiple projects with a proven track record of delivery and attention to detail. Requirements for the position: Define and review project scope Successfully plan and track execution while maintaining profitable engagement stakeholders Work closely with all project stakeholder groups to coordinate the project milestones Define and lead financial management for the project Track project actuals against defined milestones and revisit the overall plan as and when necessary Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans Analyze staffing requirements and resource allocations Ensure delivered products meet defined business requirements and are of high quality Proactively identify and manage risks. Plan for an effective risk mitigation Lead change management process for projects Track projects against approved budgets and report on forecasts and variances Provide periodic progress reports on project status Resolve issues in a timely manner Work with multiple stakeholders to meet the desired objectives Build a communications strategy and execution plan for the project Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Become engaged with multiple squads and work alongside scrum masters and Product Owners to ensure project audits are fully compliant and documentation is properly kept Manage tasks and timesheets for multiple Agile squads Software Skills Desired: Jira MS Office suite with intermediate+ knowledge of Word, Excel (pivot tables), and Powerpoint
