Our client is a well-established North Carolina business law firm with a strong M&A and corporate transactions practice. They're looking for a Corporate Associate who is ready to do meaningful work alongside a talented, collaborative team of attorneys, with the kind of access and responsibility that's hard to find at a larger platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and manage M&A and corporate transactions from start to finish Work directly with clients and deal teams across the transaction lifecycle Draft and negotiate deal documents across buy-side and sell-side transactions Advise clients on complex corporate governance and equity structuring matters Build and maintain direct client relationships throughout the deal process WHAT YOU BRING J.D. and 5-7 years of transactional M&A and corporate transactions experience Licensed in NC Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to lead deals independently
