We are seeking a motivated and personable Internal Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable communicating by phone and in person, and can thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls with candidates and clients.
• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for available positions.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and interactions with candidates.
• Review resumes and verify candidates meet specific qualifications and requirements for client positions.
• Manage multiple open positions and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, new-hire paperwork, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in company systems.
• Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
• Assist with day-to-day staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong people and communication skills .
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls.
• Confident and professional when interacting with people face-to-face.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing and verifying qualifications based on specific client requirements.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Reliable, professional, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
