Legal Assistants review court documents in various counties in the State of Arizona to determine if proposed substantiated allegations were adjudicated or dismissed prior to adjudication. Based on this review, the LA will reach out to field staff inquiring which documentation is needed to support the proposed substantiated allegations. Once these allegations are processed, LAs utilize the new Central Registry Tier system to fit allegations to the applicable tier. In addition, LAs will research and review applicable tiers for an additional 173,000 substantiated allegations.
Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
• HireRight must be used for Background Checks and Drug Screenings

Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.
