Salesforce Business Analyst
Gravity Infosolutions, Inc.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, business analysis, testing, and end‑to‑end SDLC processes. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Support and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud solutions. Configure and customize Salesforce based on business requirements. Work with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes . Support UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and defect management . Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC. Support Salesforce deployments and release management activities. Work within Agile and/or Waterfall development environments. Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT Business Analysis and/or development experience. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and/or Sales Cloud . Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization . Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Classes . Experience with ComplianceQuest . Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies , including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT , or similar technologies. Strong experience with UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and defect management . Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a regulated industry , such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gravity Infosolutions, Inc.
