As the Associate Creative Director, you'll own the creative strategy and execution for product launches and digital creative optimizations across Shark and Ninja's Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels, driving both brand storytelling and measurable conversion impact. You'll manage a team of senior designers and work closely with cross-functional partners in GTM, Marketing, and Product to bring world-class work to life.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead digital creative for NPD launches and ongoing DTC optimizations across sharkninja.com and key DTC channelsOversee a team of Sr. Designers focused on wrappers, landing pages, and conversion-optimized creativeTranslate product briefs and GTM strategy into compelling creative platforms that drive acquisition and salesPartner with the Creative Director and VP to develop creative frameworks and design systems that scale across products and categoriesChampion a bold test-and-learn culture, develop creative hypotheses, review A/B results, and iterate based on performance dataMaintain a high creative bar while managing multiple concurrent workstreams across Shark and Ninja product linesCollaborate with UX, Digital Store, and GTM teams to ensure creative integrates seamlessly across the full digital experiencePresent creative concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholdersMentor and develop junior creative talent within the teamWHAT YOU BRING8+ years of experience in digital creative, with at least 2 years in a senior lead or ACD capacityPortfolio demonstrating excellent digital design craft across product launches, e-commerce, and campaign creativeSuperb graphic design, layout and typographyExperience managing and developing a team of designersDeep understanding of e-commerce creative, PDP design, landing pages, email, paid mediaComfort working in a high-velocity environment with multiple simultaneous project streamsStrong communication and presentation skills; able to sell creative ideas to senior stakeholdersExperience with performance-oriented creative and A/B testing frameworks is a plusCompetency producing AI Generative Creative using node based systems: Flora, WeavyProficiency using Open AI or ClaudeProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferredWHY SHARKNINJAWork on two of the most recognized consumer brands in the worldBe part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team that ships at scaleShape the future of creative within DTC, from brand storytelling to conversion optimizationCollaborative, high-performance culture built around the OE (Outrageously Extraordinary) mindsetCompetitive compensation, benefits, and opportunity for growthSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
